When you send an enquiry we collect your name, phone number, email address, postcode, the details you share and your preferred contact method.
How we use it
We use your information only to respond to your enquiry and, if you become a client, to plan and deliver your care. We never sell your data.
How long we keep it
Enquiries that don’t lead to care are deleted after 12 months. Client records are kept as required by care regulations.
Your rights
You can ask to see, correct or delete your information at any time by contacting us. You can also complain to the Information Commissioner’s Office (ico.org.uk).
